Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3-4 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties

For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply as all products ship from EU warehouses.

For orders to the UK (post-Brexit), Switzerland, and other non-EU countries, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Delivery Issues

Not home during delivery?

• The carrier may leave the package with a neighbor or at a pickup point
• A delivery notice will be left with reattempt or pickup instructions
• Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for redelivery
