Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate items (underwear, swimwear, etc.)
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item

Log into your account and go to "Orders". Click "Request Return" on the item you want to return.

Place the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation.

Ship It Back
Use the prepaid return label provided, or ship the item to our returns center.

Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: We cover all return shipping costs if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Change of Mind: A flat return shipping fee of âŦ4.99 will be deducted from your refund for standard returns. Alternatively, you can arrange your own shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.

- Inspection: 1-2 business days after receiving your return
